If you’re local to our physical storefront location, some of our products offer a “local pick-up” option to pick up in store and avoid shipping charges.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.

MarWin Bridal will close for the occasional vacation and/or holiday break. These are always listed on our website and/or social media’s. Orders affected by vacation/holiday breaks will receive notification.

  • Delivery Issues:

In the rare event that your order experiences delays or issues during transit, please reach out to us at info@marwinbridal.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and any resolution will be determined at our discretion. MarWin Bridal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and/or shipping delays.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal service. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter. MarWin Bridal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and/or shipping delays.

  • Returns Due to Incorrect Address:

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided during checkout, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • Order Changes/Cancelations:

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. We are unable to make any changes to delivery address, pick up location, shipping information, etc.

From time to time, we may offer shipping promotions. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly outlined during the promotion period and are only available during that defined promotion.
